In this episode we'll be speaking with Jackie Kelleher about obstacles families experience to breastfeeding and how to overcome those obstacles.

Jackie Kelleher has supported families as a community leader, birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and lactation professional for over 20 years. She is the author of "Nurturing the Family," the second edition of which is now available. She draws upon lessons learned from the thousands of families she's helped and doulas she's trained. Her focus on boundaries, self-worth, and advocacy are also few by her work as a self-defense and martial arts instructor.

Videos on Breastfeeding:

This is one of an amazing series on breastfeeding. All of these videos are free, up to date information, and beautiful and clear visual images. Pay no mind to Youtube's "This may be inappropriate" message. Our society's lack of comfort around breastfeeding is a major contributing factor in breastfeeding challenges. We need to see it to become familiar. Watch and learn!
